Here are some frequently asked questions and answers to ensure you have a great time!

1. What do I need to watch these virtual events?

These virtual events require a stable internet connection and are best viewed on a desktop or laptop computer.  The platform is able to viewed on tablets and mobile phones, but you may not be able to access all the features offered in the platform.  You can also watch on a television depending upon your familiarity with the technology and your ability to transfer the signal.

2. How do I register to watch a virtual event?

When you click on "buy tickets", you will be directed to a page where you can purchase the tickets and sign up for access to the platform in one step.

3. Why do I have to sign in to register to watch a virtual event?

As with our live events, access to the performances are limited to the ticket purchasers.  By signing in, you confirm that you are the authorized person to watch the concert.  If you have purchased tickets as a gift, you will need to provide the recipient with your log-in information.

4. How will I know I’m registered?

As soon as you complete your registration, you will be sent an email with a copy of your ticket. Please check your spam and junk folders as many email programs filter the message to those folders. 

5. Do I have to register for everyone in my household if we are watching the event on one device?

No, if you are planning to watch the performance with family and friends from your house, you only need to register once if everyone will be watching using the same device. If other people in your household choose to use a different device, then they will need to register and purchase tickets separately.

6. How do I watch the virtual event at the scheduled time?

As soon as you complete your registration, you will be sent an email with a copy of your ticket. Always check your spam and junk folders in case any e-mails get filtered there. A few minutes before the start of the event, click the link from your ticket. You will then be directed to our veiwing platform and be asked to sign in with the email address and password you used when purchasing the tickets. The virtual space will be open 15 minutes prior to the start time.

7. How can I participate in the event?

The artists and conductors often come online during our virtual concerts and will interact with our audiences using the in-platform chat function.  This feature works best when viewing the event on a desktop or laptop computer and requires access to a keyboard.

8. What if I am having technical issues logging onto the event?
