Mezzo Soprano Kirsten Fielding is excited to be spending another season with The Elora Singers. Having worked with the group for 15 years, she is excited to be part of an organization that continues to grow and explore new programs and repertoire. In addition to The Elora Singers, Kirsten sings with the Toronto Mendelssohn Choir and Mendelssohn Singers, Ottawa's Caelis Academy Ensemble, and as a pinch hitter for many choirs in the province. As a chorister, she has toured Canada, the US, Europe, and South Africa, and has recorded Grammy and Juno nominated and award-winning albums. As a school teacher for 10 months of the year, Kirsten looks forward to the summers where she can reconnect with this beautiful village, and revel in the planning of August travels around the world (this year, it's the UK with a residency at St. Paul's Cathedral.)
