Accounts: When ordering your tickets, you will be prompted to either make an account or continue as a guest. Creating an account will make future ticket purchases with The Elora Singers faster. Your account with The Elora Singers will not carry over to the Elora Festival; if you purchase tickets for the Elora Festival, you will need to make a separate account.

Credit Card Information: When ordering your tickets with us, your credit card information will not be saved anywhere. Each order will prompt you to fill in your credit card for purchasing.

If you see your credit card information being auto-filled, this is a setting that is set up in your web browser. If you do not want your credit card information to autofill, you will need to update your payment settings in your browser's settings. HST and a $1.50 processing fee are added to the ticket prices you see throughout the website.

Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets may be exchanged up to 72 hours before a performance for a service charge of $5 per ticket. Any price difference will be charged accordingly or credited to your account. Exchanges are permitted only within the current Elora Singers season and cannot be exchanged for tickets in the Elora Festival season. Tickets cannot be returned for a tax receipt.

When purchasing your tickets, you will have the option to either: have your tickets emailed to you, have your tickets to be picked up at our box office, or pay a delivery fee to have the tickets mailed to you. Emailed Tickets: After completing your online purchase, you will receive an email from The Elora Singers with your order confirmation. In the body of the email, there will be a section titled "Your Tickets". Press "Print Tickets" to see your tickets for the concert. Tickets can be printed or shown digitally at concerts.

Pick Up Tickets: Tickets can be picked up at our office or at the concert box office. Contact us at elorasingers.ca or 519-846-0331 for more information.

Mailed Tickets: Tickets can be mailed to you for an additional fee of $2.95.

Child tickets are for children 12 years old and younger. Student ticket purchasers must have a valid student ID.

Our doors open half an hour before the concert start time. General admission seats are first come first serve.

Each concert will be labeled as "General Admission" or "Reserved Seating" when purchasing your tickets. Latecomers will be admitted at a suitable break.
