Nathan Gritter (he/him) is a singer and conductor based in Toronto. He completed a Master of Music degree at the University of Toronto, where he studied choral conducting with Dr. Jamie
Hillman.

He is the Director of Music at Kingsway-Lambton United Church, where he conducts the
Chancel Choir and spearheads new, exciting musical projects for the congregation and
community.

Nathan is an experienced professional choral singer, having sung with groups such as the
Toronto Mendelssohn Singers, Choir 21, Trinity Bach Project, and the Theatre of Early Music.
Recent projects include soloist features in Bach’s Cantatas 12 and 67 with the Trinity Bach
Project, Saint Matthew Passion with the Toronto Mendelssohn Choir, and Considering Matthew Shepard with Modern Sound Collective. Nathan is a founding member of the new professional chamber vocal ensemble, Silver Thread.
